Description
Due to their secrecy, StreamClan is the most peaceful of all. They never go to war, and only fight with tresspassers--there's no one else to fight with. Because of this, they don't focus on their fighting skills; instead, they pride themselves on their unique ability to sing.

StreamClan Camp
Streamclan, like the Tribe of Rushing Water, lives behind a waterfall, but, unlike the one the tribe cats live under, this waterfall is much more mysterious…The main entrance into the camp is through the waterfall, as usual, but it is much more like a pathway. You walk along the edge of the waterfall, as there is a ledge sticking out, until the path twists sharply. You must be very careful here, it is easy to slip, and many cats have died this way. However, it is very useful for Streamclan, as the ledge is narrow enough that it only allows one cat at a time to walk past. Oddly, during the wintertime, the waterfall freezes-as in the water is still in the form of the waterfall, but frozen solid! During this time, it is impossible to go through the main entrance. But, there are many ways into the cave…The “side entrance” appears to be a rabbit hole right outside the waterfall, in the tree line surrounding the lake and river which comes from the waterfall. If you enter the narrow hole, it seems that it will close in and trap you. However, if you keep going, after much twisting and turning, it will open out into the main cave.
The main cave is MASSIVE, big enough that if you came through the waterfall, the light shining through would not be enough to see the other side. Also, the ceiling is very high up. Another magical thing happens in the cave. Coming from the waterfall is another waterfall, falling right behind it. Even in the wintertime it falls, cool and sweet. This water turns into a small river, running through the camp. This water supplies another magical thing inside the camp. Plants and trees actually grow here. Grass covers the ground, along with some brush. Even more amazing, trees grow! All supplied by the water, as well as an amazing moss that grows at the top-center of the cavern. It is called the Glowmoss. The Glowmoss, uh, glows very brightly, lighting up the whole cavern. However, at night, it dims, allowing cats to get some sleep. It supplies light for the cavern, and if dragged across something, will leave a glowing trail for a few days. It is said to have healing powers. However, there is no known way of getting to it yet, so Streamclan must be content with the bits and pieces of moss that fall from it from time to time.
The river, which flows about halfway through the cave, eventually falls into a mini cave about halfway through. The mini cave, on the sides of the river, has brambles surrounding it, with a small, cat-sized hole on each side. If you were to enter one of the holes, you would come out in the nursery. Here, the water pools, before returning to the earth. However, only about half of it is in the nursery. In the middle grows tall, leafy plants, which grow up to the low ceiling. These plants not only separate the nursery from the elders den, which is on the other side, but also blocks out most of the kits’ noise from the elders ears. At the back of both the elders den and the nursery is a small hole in the earthy wall. If you were to go through it, the two tunnels connect, and continue on, slightly sloped upwards. Eventually, you would come to another cavern, one in the back of the wall of the large cave. This cavern serves as the medicine cat den. Here, the water of the river resurfaces in a small pond, which takes up about half of the den. Over the water is a ledge, where the medicine cat sleeps, and in the wall nearby, still over the water, is an indent, where her apprentice sleeps. Along the walls are cracks, where the medicine cat keeps the herbs. The ground around the pool is usually covered in moss and feathers, for the sick cats. The medicine cat den has many other caves that go to many places, allowing her easy access to sick cats. Sometimes, they will lead outside of the mountain, but most often, the tunnels will lead to somewhere inside the cave. One of them leads to right behind the largest tree in the cave.
The largest tree inside the cave, which is a sequoia tree, serves as the leader’s and deputy’s den. A few fox-lengths above the ground is a large hollow, with a tree branch extending below it. This serves as the leaders den. A similar one, one that is a bit lower and about a third of the way around, serves as the deputy’s den. Above the leader’s den is a thick, long branch, one that extends far over the camp. This branch is called the Highlimb, and it is where the leader makes announcements.
Beside the river, about halfway between the waterfall and the elder’s den/nursery, is a rock. Quite a bit of dirt has been dug from underneath it, creating the warrior’s den. A similar one serves as the apprentices den. However, it is closer to the waterfall.
Territory
As Streamclan believes that they are the only clan in the area, they have no borders. However, they do have a certain area in which they usually stay in. On the south-eastern border is the Streamclan camp, tucked away on the last mountain in the range. However, if you decided to stray from the camp, at the other end of the mountains is a small Twoleg village.
The valley in which Streamclan lives in is much like an arc of mountains, the Streamclan camp living in the last mountain on the inside. However, if you stepped right outside of the camp, you can see a volcano in the distance...
The Streamclan territory is mostly made up of forests, rivers, and a few grassy areas, with a few noticeable places. One would be the Warmrocks. Right outside the waterfall is the mountain, made up of stone. Cats often come her to sun themselves.
There are two very sacred trees in the Streamclan territory, The Great Willow and The Great Rowan. The Great Willow is toward the north of the territory, and is one of the two biggest trees in the forest, growing along the river of the border. Many herbs grow here, and prey is abundant. However, it is forbidden to hunt there, as Nightcrane is said to reside there. The next tree is The Great Rowan, and it is in the center of the territory. It grows in a small, raised clearing, with trees growing around the clearing. However, a small stream splits off around it, but it is still in the tree line, so it is debatable whether it is an island or not. Like The Great Willow, it is full of prey and herbs, but hunting is forbidden, as it is the place where Nightcrane changed her life force to save Settingsun.
Toward the southern part of the territory is a pool, a small lake, which runs off-territory in a small river. It is called Ripple Pond, because of the many fish jumping there each morning. The fish then swim downstream, so both Ripple Pond and the stream are wonderful hunting places for new apprentices.
Near the South-western border is the Jagged Rock. Long ago, it was part of a mountain, but it was struck by lightning, placing a large crack down the middle. Now, every new moon, the cats of Streamclan come to discuss clan affairs.
The last noticeable place in Streamclan territory is the Lilac Hollow, near the western border. A small area with no trees, it is surrounded by blackberry bushes with lilac flowers growing in between. The center is entirely sand, with a few rocks for climbing. It is often used for training apprentices.
Traditions
Instead of the half-moon, the medicine cat and apprentice of Streamclan go to the Moontree at the full moom. So as not to interupt this, cats of Streamclan hold their gathering every new moon, at the Jagged Rock.
Streamclan has many songs to sing, for every occasion. They go by the words of...

Streamclan has many songs to sing, for every occasion. They go by the words of...
Birth of a Kit
The streams and mountains welcome you, as you enter into this world.
The rivers sing with the birds, and the sun shines on your fur.
All the tree leaves rustle, as you open up your eyes.
The Birds sing songs of welcome, and all the world is bright.
Making of an Apprentice[/u]
Your journey is beginning
The wait has ended
Now starts the story of your adventure.
To guide you through the trials and tribulations
to show you the light
When you're lost in the dark
Your mentor, your companion, _____, will be with you
May their wisdom guide you
As you begin the first step
Of your journey.
Making of a Warrior[/u]
Snow falls
as winter comes
now is the time to take up the hunt
Young and old
It's time to fight
Whether in day or darkest night
For the food gathered
Fair and free
Taken from the ground to the sea
Even up the tallest trees
Fang and claw
take to give
To protect
To destroy
To live
These are the warriors
She-cat and Tom
Names gained from the tasks
They do
Kits to apprentices
To warriors true
Now and forever, through and through
Becoming the Deputy[/u]
Out of every cat in StreamClan
You are the most admired.
Out of every thought in StreamClan
Yours are the most desired.
You represent the best in StreamClan
As any cat can see.
Now we welcome you
As StreamClan deputy.
Becoming the Leader[/u]
You were summoned to the Moontree
With blessings from afar.
Now we in StreamClan welcome
Our new leader, ______star!
No matter what you choose
We will be devout.
We will always follow
Without doubt.
Becoming the Medicine Cat Apprentice[/u]
You've thought about it carefully
For six long moons now.
Wondering how to serve your Clan
The way that you know how.
Now you stand and say you see
Which path is your destiny.
You know, from reading all of the signs
Who you're meant to be.
You will know every herb.
Learn to treat battle scars.
And when you close your eyes
You will speak with the stars.
Guiding your loyal Clan
With the news from afar.
It's what you were born to do.
No matter where you go from here
StarClan walks with you.
Becoming the Medicine Cat[/u]
Dream.
Speak to the cats of long ago.
Hear their advice and ancient memories.
Learn from the old trees.
See more than we see.
Help us to grow... and know.
Come.
Help us to see from StarClan's eyes.
Cure our diseases and our worn scars
Made in the old wars
Defending our stars
Who speak from minds... that know.
Along the way, there will be days
When darkness lays over sun's rays.
But we'll stand tall, pull through it all
And face the falls to hear your calls
Of faith.
You'll know.
Becoming an Elder[/u]
Through every season
You've served us all right.
Patrols in the daytime
Vigils at night.
You went out hunting
When fresh-kill was low.
For all that you've done
We want you to know
You lie in our hearts
Yes, you've given your best.
In thanks, StarClan grants you
A much-deserved rest.
We promise to respects you
And honor your past.
May StarClan walk with you.
You're an elder at last.
Death of a Cat[/u]
The night is still
The forest wind
blows through our greiving
Oh how we'll miss you now you're gone!
The stars are bright
The night birds sing
their songs to guide you
with every passing soul that leaves!
But time will heal
Our bleeding hearts
and sorrowful minds
that ache without your happiness!
Now sing to deliver them,
sing for our loved dead
sing them to their new home,
in Starclan!
Sing them to sleep,
One last lulaby,
Sleep dear one,
We'll all miss you so...[/center]
