Molten heard a familiar name and voice, but she got distracted when she thought she saw sunlight, so she unsteadily walked in that direction. But it was just lava. Oh poop*, she thought. When will she ever get out of this deathtrap? She explored around a little bit, trying to get comfortable with her surroundings all over again. It looked familiar, because it was. Why did she have to lose memory? She wondered, looking for the enterance. She ended up in the Prison. It looked strange. She took a closer look at it, and saw some cats. "No, not more cats!" she howled and ran in between a crack of two boulders. They were nice and warm.
I'm never going to be hidden, not with my cloudly white fur! Molten thought, then looked at the fur on her flank with disgust. She noticed that her fur was not white, but black. She was really screwed up. Oh, that's right, its my paws that are white, not my whole entire body! she thought, Silly me. She took a look at her paws, and screeched, "HOW DID THIS HAPPEN!!??" Then Molten fearfully stared at her melting paw, then let her eyes drift to the lava. "It's your fault," she whispered...
(( **That's right, I said poop ^^ Well all cats do it, and you said you didnt want rock to catch oh xD ))

ooc: Hey, it works. Although, I'd prefer "taco"... by far the greatest word in the world. bic:
Rowanfur twitched slightly, hearing a noise from behind the rock. He thought he saw something black moving, but within seconds it was gone. He dismissed it as a shadow and turned back to the Fireflower, waiting for more.
Roantail reared back in surprise as Molten bolted past him, looking alarmed. He stared after her, utterly nonplussed. Had the fight done something to her brain? He balked only a second longer, then hastened to follow the she-cat. If she fell into the lava, it would be all his fault for fighting her. Now, he couldn't have that on his conscience, and so trailed her like a shadow. With any luck, she would stop running before she killed herself.

A beautiful cat-shaped shadow walked past the cats standing there, and as she walked by, it was easier to see that it was no mere shadow. It was the beautiful calico she-cat, Amberheart. Her hazed minty eyes glanced around at every cat there, as if looking for something exciting.
She walked past Rowanfur and saw a figure in between two boulders. Amberheart saw Roantail walk in the same direction she was planning on heading, so she figured there was something over there. Amberheart walked over to the boulders and leapt up onto one of them, peaking down and noticing that the figure had been Molten. "What are you doing?" Amberheart asked curiously, tail swaying side-to-side. She swore she heard something behind her, but peaked and saw nothing there. '...Must've been the wind.' Amberheart thought to herself calmly. Her gaze scrolled across the area behind her once more, just to make sure that there really was nothing there, and then she thought it really must've been nothing. 'Strange.' Amberheart thought and turned back to Molten, still awaiting a reply.

Molten felt movements of other cat's all around her. She felt like she was being watched... more like, stalked, or hunted down. She was hypnotized by panic, and begging for air. Even while panting and yawning, she felt dizzy and light-headed.
"LEAVE ME ALONE!" Molten hissed when she felt the cats getting closer. Her ears wore smooshed against her skull, her fur was puffed up, and her bloody teeth were flashing. Her bright yellow eyes were stained with fear. When they approached her, she jumped back in shock, bumping her rump on the back of a boulder. She let out a squeal and fell down. Her eyes couldn't stop drifting towards Roantail, because he too seemed awfully familiar. And he was.

Amberheart blinked once, tail flicking back and forth. "Relax Moltenfoot, it's just me. Amberheart. Remember?" She asked calmly and glanced around uneasily. Why didn't Molten remember her? Had Molten gone crazy?
Amberheart sighed and took one step back so she wouldn't frighten Molten into hiding. She glanced at Roantail and shook her head as a signal to not move any closer than that. Amberheart knew that Molten would flip out like she'd just seen a StarClan cat and start running frantically like a mouse-brain. Molten would probably just end up falling into the lava. Which would be bad, if I might add. Amberheart knew that Molten had already scarred her paw from lava, which is why she was called Moltenfoot. Her foot had practically melted away.

Molten was not calmed down by Amberheart's words. Who was she talking to? Molten thought, The name sounded familiar. Amberheart was facing her, so she was probably talking to her. Amberheart wasn't the least bit familiar, so Molten was somewhat confused how she knew Molten's name and everything. She had truly never seen or talked to Amberheart. Molten was new to the Clan. Perhaps Amberheart had just seen her. Whatever. At least Molten figured out what her name was.
Now that Molten remembered her name, she could kind of remember other things. She thought really hard, trying to remember Roantail, and trying to figure out what made him so familiar. She could see memories of him flashing through her head... him training with Rustpaw, talking, fighting with her... them killing each other... Oh. Something clicked inside her brain. Those memories made her think of other memories.... like the welcoming to her Clan. It all made sense now. Strangely, no memories of being a rogue or any other things before she joined the Clan swam through her head. Well, that means there is nothing to be guilty about. She would probably get those memories back later, since her brain was still recovering. She probably just lost her memory because her brain didn't get enough air.
"I'm... Moltenfoot?" Molten asked, confusion glowing in her eyes. She wanted someone to answer just so she could confirm if she was in the right life or not, or if those memories were just her imagination. If one memory was true, the rest probably are too. If they were, that would be bad... she should run. Molten stared at Roantail in aggression, and unsheathed her bloody claws just in case.

Amberheart nodded quietly, smiling a bit to hear Molten not freaking out anymore... except towards Roantail. "Yeah." She said calmly. Amberheart hoped she wouldn't be offended, but she pointed to Molten's injured paw. "See..? The clan named you Moltenfoot for your.. molten foot." She said quietly. Amberheart could imagine that the name Moltenfoot would be offensive since she was only named that because of her injury. An injury that couldn't have been prevented.
Then Amberheart shifted her slightly uncomfortable hazey green gaze towards Roantail. "And this is... Roantail, I believe?" Amberheart said as if it were a question towards Roantail and not a reminder for Molten. "I... think you two have met." She added quietly, remembering hearing the fight going on between the two earlier. Amberheart's ears pricked up and twitched slightly as she saw Molten unsheath her claws. She desperately hoped that she wasn't planning on attacking anyone. Amberheart shot a look to Roantail that said Please Don't Attack Her, Whatever You Do and then looked back at Molten, trying her best to form a smile.

ooc: Whoa. Active post. bic:
Roantail flicked his tail nervously. "Yes," he mewed, blinking more often than he would under normal circumstances. "I'm... Roantail." He watched the two cats interact, wondering how on earth Amberheart could get Molten to calm down. And the accident--Roantail couldn't even remember it. He could faintly recall something happening in the Clan, something horrible that even Eternalstorm couldn't comprehend. The faint murmur of the Clan whispered in his memory: "Might not make it..." "That one's a fighter..." "Never saw a cat do that and live to tell the tale!" But what was that? Were they talking about Molten, stumbling into the lava? Had that been the cause of so much gossip? Roantail was a cat focused on work, and not so much the happenings of his Clanmates. A pang of guilt stabbed at his heart for not being there when she'd been hurt, and for attacking her now. He met Amberheart's desperate gaze and lowered his eyes; he wouldn't hurt her again. Not his own Clanmate. What had even made him do that? The rockbrain!

Amberheart glanced back at Roantail again and saw a look of guilt spread across his face. She sighed, figuring he must've regretted attacking her. Amberheart wondered what the whole fight was about anyways. Whatever it was about, it must've been something bad since Roantail seemed very upset about it now. Amberheart lightly patted Roantail's back with her tail since she had a tendancy to be nice when people needed kindness. Then she flashed a faint smile at him to reassure him that Molten would get over it sooner or later.
Then, Amberheart turned back towards Molten, worry filling her since Molten obviously didn't remember much about herself for some reason. Her big, pretty green eyes shined in the red glow the lava eminated, highlighting her worry on her face. Amberheart tried to mask this emotion with a smile as she waited for Molten to say something.

When Amberheart told Molten about her name, she looked down uncomfortably at her paw. Wow, that was offensive. But at least she had a name. Before she joined the Clan, she was nameless and the cats of the lesser Clans just called her "that rogue" or something. Back then, Molten didn't know what the purpose of a name was. That made her think of her past in full detail. Molten felt a pang of guilt an distracted herself from that thought. When Amberheart smilied, it helped Molten calm down,
Molten stared blankly at Roantail after he answered her. "....Oh," she said awkwardly, her heart being melted by dissapointment. Why wasn't he attacking her? From thinking too much, Molten forgot to breathe more heavily and she started getting lightheaded again, so she took a huge breath. These BlazeClan cats have lived here for a long time, so they've probably adapted to this hard-to-breathe-in-air, probably by growing more veins, but Molten wasn't adapted at all. She probably has less than half the amount of blood veins that the other BlazeClan cats have.
Amberheart was smiling allot now. At first, Molten was eased by it but now she thought Amberheart was just plain creepy.

A chill ran down Roantail's spine when the she-cat's tail brushed against him. Trying to cover it, he cleared his throat and straightened his paws, staring into Molten. He tried to make his eyes say, "Hey. It's okay. I'm not going to hurt you." Instead, he could faintly hear them hissing and spitting. He hoped she didn't notice. "Something wrong?" he asked softly, noticing that she seemed to have difficulty breathing. He hadn't done that, had he? Was there someplace he could take her, to get her checked? Might Eternalstorm be able to help her? He tended to avoid his brother, not out of jealousy but simple respect, but if Moltenfoot was somehow injured, Roantail certainly did not want to be responsible.

Amberheart glanced at Roantail again and then looked back at Molten, quietly awaiting a response as well. It took a moment to realize it, but Amberheart could see that Molten was having trouble breathing as well. She wondered what had happened between Roantail and Molten that had hurt her and made Roantail feel worried about her. Probably a rough fight from the looks of it. Amberheart's ears flattened at the scary thought of whatever had happened between the two. It must have been really bad. Her tail flicked back and forth in curiousity. Even though she knew it was none of her business, Amberheart honestly really wanted to know about the fight. Amberheart kept shifting her misty green gaze from Molten to Roantail, and back to Molten again.

(shes not used to the volcanic air yet. her breathing problems started before the fight.)
Molten's fur flattened again when Roantail said, "is anything wrong?" Did he remember them fighting? Molten tried to seem normal but failed. "Yes, I'm fine," she mewed awkwardly. She coughed again. Ash from the air was building up in her throat, which burned. She wanted water. Where did cats get water around here? Being thirsty brought back even some more memories of her past. Like eating, sleeping, drinking... that stuff. She longed to forfill ethose needs.
Molten turned her head to Amberheart. There was concern in her eyes. She cares about me? Molten thought. Roantail was acting like he cared too but Molten denied the thought. In her life, Molten never really knew anyone who cared about her, so this felt wierd. She never knew true happiness or love either.

ooc: By the way, what DID start the fight? Does anyone actually remember? *goes to look* Wooooahhhhh that was in May.... yikes. Still can't find it. bic:
Roantail allowed himself a moment of calm after her response, but was quickly concerned again. If it wasn't the fight that was bothering her, then what was it? He closed his eyes and tried to remember theri earlier conversation. They had talked, hadn't they? Before the fight... about her life before BlazeClan... What was it she had mentioned. Wait. It was Rustpaw. He had found something in the volcano: a 'mole.' Molten had said it was 'prey.' And something about this cold lava, called 'water.' She said she needed it to survive, and Goldfire had... he said... "We have to leave the volcano," Roantail said decidedly. "To find prey and water. That's what you need, isn't it? That's the only thing we can do. We have to leave the volcano."
ooc: Actually, what we have to do is get Night, Darkie, Lighty, and Causti back. We've lost half our roleplayers. Without Phantom, we can't really get that far.

(( I think Molten was explaining something, Roantail disagreed, Molten called him stupid, and Roantail got mad and fought back. ))
Molten was shocked. Why would a loyal cat like Roantail want to leave the volcano? But on second thought, Molten wasn't loyal or anything so she had nothing to lose. And she would starve, dehydrate, choke and die. "Sounds fine to me," Molten meowed. But she was starting to care about Roantail, so she had to add on, "even though you may get in trouble..." Molten was starting to get excited. She'd get too see all of these familiar places again. She knew they existed, but because of her stroke, she forgot what they were like. She could walk the land that her victims had walked. That thought would've made Molten feel guilty, but she ignored the guilt because she was exciting. She kneaded on the ground happily.
"Ooh, lets go now!" she said and started running through the tunnels near the entrance. She coughed up a lump of ash that got stuck in her throat, but hopefully that would be the last cough she'll ever had. Thoughts started swimming through her mind... would there be familiar cats out there? She could remember their faces but none of the memories of her murdering cats had scenery or anything. Hopefully there would be moles out there, tons. Molten couldn't wait to go, and she started loudly purring.
(( You should send them e-mails, cuz i have no idea what there email addresses are. ))
