Pelt: You can tell the snakes' ranks by the scale color and condition. They all share one trait, however. They all have diamonds on their backs.
First of all, the bodyguards have threatening dark brown scales that are torn off or ripped often. The secondary fighters have a lighter brown color, and a lighter underbelly. Only a few of their scales have scratches. Then the messengers, who tell Fang warnings, have dull green or yellow scales. The colors of these snakes' scales camoflage them.
Eyes: Like any snake's, the army's eyes are yellow or amber. They have a menacing glow to them, and slit pupils like a tooth.
Personality: These snakes are very loyal and protective to Fang, since Fang has them under control. They obey Fang's commands without complaining. Fortunetly, they can't heal so that makes them less dangerous. But when Fang is too hurt to move, they attack for him. Even though they are controlled by Fang, they do have some freedom. They can mate, hunt and sleep freely, as long as at least 5 are focused on Fang.
History: These snakes are the descendents of the snakes who raised Fang. They all have different histories, but most of the snakes have been raised well by their mothers, exepct for a few. At a week old, they got trained.
