Pelt
Mudwhiskers, unlike his three sisters, was born with a long fluffy brown pelt. From the day of his birth his long beautiful coat was loved by his mother and envied by other cats. His fur, being brown in color has a white underbelly, stretching from in between his eyes and ending at his back legs, stretching down the inside of his legs. The tip of his front paws are also white, as is the tip of his long fluffy tail. Around his eyes the tom has tan rings, followed by dark brown tabby markings jutting from his eyes. Oddly enough the tom has no tabby stripes anywhere else on his body.
His fur, which is naturally brown is also flecked with different shades of tan and light brown. The tom also has long elegant whiskers (like feathers his mother would say), earning him his warrior name "Mudwhiskers".

Eyes
The tom's eyes were the envy of his mother, being a beautiful green color with flecks of amber throughout it. His eyes are usually narrowed, suspicious of everything around him.
Personality
Mudwhiskers, perhaps Whitefur knew her son's personality when she named him as a small kit.
Mud, not only did it state the color of his fur oh no, it also gives away his personality. Like mud, Mudwhiskers's stare always stick to you cold, calculating and un-trustworthy. He has a knack for getting into places he's not wanted in and learning things others don't want him to know. In the camp, it's rare when he doesn't know anything. His mud is stuck everywhere, giving him intimate knowledge of what goes on in Timberclan.
Whiskers, the name states that the tom has more noticeable whiskers and upholds a sense of balance that barely any other cat does. It also gives him an elegant like sense, the whiskers in his name speaks about how elegant the tom is looking. He always keeps his long pelt clean and makes his whiskers stand out on his face. As deputy he as a standard to uphold and, that includes looks. No one wants a mangy-looking deputy.
But there are also things the tom's name does not state but, he shows those personality traits none-the-less.
Stubborn. Since the day of his birth Mudwhiskers has been a stubborn tom, always doing whatever he can to get his way, to win, to lead. The tom always gets his way, he has been since he was born and it doesn't appear as if that streak won't stop now. He always wins, always leads, and those who interfere in this seem to vanish without a trace. And when they do, no questions are asked.
After all, who would think their new, beloved deputy would do such a thing?
Un-trusting + Emotionless. He doesn't trust anyone but himself and, perhaps his sister. Though the latter he does not show. Emotions and attachments tie you down to things you don't want to be tied down too because, eventually all things die and you don't want to be taken down with them. This, is the tom's reasoning anyway. Everyone other then his kin is the enemy, everyone else is out to get him. Everyone else wants to become deputy.
He's always in danger.
Always.
(At least in his mind he is, at least in his mind.)
Strict. Mudwhiskers, as deputy, has standards to uphold and he expects his fellow clan members to uphold their own standards as well. He has no sense of mercy, being as war driven as he is, and expects nothing less of perfection. Perfection is the key, those who don't uphold these standards of perfection are punished until they can uphold Mudwhiskers's standards.
Sometimes, when there's a particularity bad or weak cat that can't uphold Mudwhiskers's standards something odd begins to happen. These cats vanish, gone without a trace and never to be seen again.
Who knows what happens...
History
Once upon a time there was a cruel, cruel deputy....
Mudwhiskers was born in a litter of four. Four newly born kits, thrusted into the world alongside their "perfect" parents, four kits from which only two survived. And even then, it always seemed as if the smaller of the two kits would wither away at any moment. What a sickly thing she was...
But what a perfect, strong brother she had. Born with the elegance of a leader and born with the love and admiration of his clan, little Mudkit was brought up in a world where he was the king and all the other kits were his pawns. Snowkit was his queen and all his dead siblings were the kits who were destined to rule but, died long before their time. As a kit Mudkit was rude and full of himself, though this was ignore by his clan because of how good he was at... everything. Even as a kit, he put standards on himself and upheld them to near perfection, while his sister, sickly little Snowkit, didn't uphold these standards at all. Because of this, the two's parents began to ignore their daughter and focused all their attention of Mudkit, who, unknowingly began to cast a shadow too big for Snowkit to ever get out of.
Growing up, even as an apprentice, Mudpaw never stopped training, always working harder so he could become a warrior before his fellow apprentices. Despite this, the tom always felt a longing to know his sister, the other kit that no one really wanted. He always felt a ping of jealousy whenever she and Tigerpaw would talk, jealous that someone else was getting to know and love his sister, while he, the one who deserved to know her, never got the chance. No one wanted Mudpaw to know the sick little she-cat because, after all, she could pass on at any moment, right?
Right.
So the tom grew and grew, always feeling a longing to know his sister, up until the day Heronfrost became Heronstar. On this day, Tigerfang, his sister's beloved mate went out with Mudwhiskers and was dragged off by a fox, dead and never to be seen again. This however, was what Mudwhiskers said so, who knows what mysterious circumstances ling around Tigerfang's death.
After being declared deputy, Mudwhiskers has began to talk to his sister and has gotten to know her better. He's set on the idea of being the mentor of one of her kits when the times comes and it appears as nothing will get in his way of mentoring one of his neice or nephews.
