Name: Cadentpaw
Rank: Medicine Cat Apprentice
Age: seven moons
Gender: She-cat
Clan: StreamClan
Clan relations: Mentor - Nightpool.
Pelt: Cadentpaw's pristine white fur is soft and fluffy, though not long. The pure colour is marred only at her face, which has smokey grey around her eyes, nose and mouth, fading quickly back to the white of the rest of her pelt. Her ears are also tipped grey, which sometimes gives her face the quick, sharp look of the lynx. Her forepaws are small and delicate, but her hind paws each have an extra toe, giving them a rather larger, awkward appearance. For all this she is a graceful cat, and her larger hind paws give her no trouble. She is fine-boned, with the sharp, triangular face of a Siamese, and carrying no extra weight. Her tail is just a little too long in proportion to her body.
Eyes: The small she-cat's eyes are dusky green, darker at the outside edges of the irises and lighter in the innermost ring, round the pupils. They are large, wide open, giving her a perpetual look of surprise or incredulity. They are also quite expressive, and other cats have become used to knowing Cadencepaws feelings by the look in her eyes.
Personality: Cadentpaw is eager to please, quick to befriend, and ready to laugh. She has a buoyant spirit and an easy sense of humour. She is easily encouraged but also easily discouraged. She wears her heart on her paws, so to speak, and has no idea of pretense. A kind word will quickly raise her spirits, but a cruel one will crush her. She has, besides this, a sharp temper, easily inflamed, and when angry or annoyed, she can become rash, thoughtless. She gets into trouble this way, and is always quite sorry afterward, hating to be in disfavour.
History: Born to a warrior and his mate, Cadentpaw had a quite normal early life. Due to her pleasant personality, she got along quite well with the other kits and made little trouble. Her constant cheerfulness and need-to-please attitude do get on some cats' nerves, but all in all her past was quiet, normal, and uninteresting.
Other: In case anyone cares:
ca·dent adj.
1. Having cadence or rhythm.
2. Archaic Falling, as water or tears.
