TimberClan is at war with the Fiery Clans yet again. It is one of many battles that have happened since the death of Meadowstar. In fact, the battles are so frequent that many cats see it as one never-ending war. But they’re not the only cats that have experienced this war. A small band of cats, who call themselves Story-Tellers, have been observing the six Clans and documenting their history. They know all of their secrets, from the secret rendezvous between Timberstar and Meadowstar to the unknown creation of StreamClan; they are, after all, derived from the First Cats. Unfortunately, secrets can be harmful when in the wrong paws, and Phantom is determined to use them to his advantage.
Starving for blood, he defies the Story-Tellers and their desires of peace and enters the Clans with the intent of expanding the war. He lies his way into the hearts of the Clan cats with claims of Clan relations and promises of peace. Finally six cats – The Fallen – join him on this mysterious quest, unknowingly forming the start of Phantom’s army. Slowly their Clanmates start to join them, until six others – The Six – begin to protest. Both groups begin to gather cats from each Clan until battle rages. It is out of the control of both StarClan and the Flaming Eternal. No one has any idea as to how it will end…
A dark force, hidden in the past,
Will rise and threaten the order of the Clans,
Deception will cover the cats like mist,
And six will fall.
The deadly one will spin a trap of lies,
And more will follow him into a black eternity
Six will rise above the chaos
To see the truth, and fight the fear
The powers will converge in a battle to raise the dead
And freeze the living to their bones
Not even the stars may know what happens next...
Who is the terrible cat who will bring destruction? Who are the six destined ones?
The mysterious “dark one”- This role is filled by the cat Phantom.
